For many, it's their first time leaving home—sometimes even moving overseas—bringing added challenges of adjustment, loneliness, and uncertainty.

Breathwork offers a simple, yet powerful solution—an accessible, science-backed tool that helps improve emotional regulation, resilience, and focus.  Our sessions teach students and staff effective breathwork techniques that are fun, non-verbal, and easy to adapt, helping them become more aware of their breathing habits and their impact on wellbeing.  

Whether virtual or in-person, these techniques provide essential support during high-pressure moments, such as student arrivals, exams, and deadlines, promoting balance, productivity, and mental wellness.  

Who's The Breathwork Teachers for?

Individuals  & Small Groups

We offer private one-to-one breathwork sessions, both online and in person, for students and professionals looking for tailored support in managing stress, avoiding burnout, and improving emotional regulation.

Whether you're facing exam pressure, PhD viva nerves, workplace stress, or simply want to build resilience and thrive, breathwork can be a powerful tool. Sessions are also beneficial for parents wanting to support their adult children as they navigate university or work life away from home.  

These sessions are available for anyone over 18, either online, or in-person at Bounds Green North London.

Each session is designed to support your emotional and mental balance, helping you feel more grounded, focused, and in control.

Higher Education 

We partner with higher education institutions to offer breathwork sessions that support student wellbeing and academic success.

Our workshops are available both virtually and in-person, providing flexibility for students and staff alike. Sessions can be held on campus, in student unions, or as live, bite-sized online sessions via Zoom—ideal for students seeking a quick reset and mental refresh.
 
These live sessions are engaging and enjoyable, making breathwork an accessible and effective tool for managing stress, boosting focus, and building resilience in the academic environment.
