You might be comfortably positioned on mats (if available) or in chairs, ideally surrounded by cushions and blankets—but don’t expect to stay still the whole time.

Movement may be part of the session, as we guide you through with sensory music, acupressure, and sound therapy. This immersive experience is designed to clear your mind, rejuvenate your body, and unlock deep emotions, leaving you refreshed and more in tune with yourself.

As the founder of The Breathwork Teachers, Sarah Jons specialises in addiction recovery, women's health, and trauma, using the transformative power of breathwork to explore the embodied self for deep healing.

Sarah also founded The Big Breath Company Ltd, delivering nearly a decade of breathwork trainings. Combining ancient wisdom with neuroscience, she helps individuals optimise their potential through conscious connected breathwork.

Workshops are held in a beautiful space near Alexandra Palace, N22, London. The exact address will be provided upon booking, as it’s a private residence. Parking is available nearby, and the nearest tube station is Bounds Green.

Alternatively, Sarah can travel to your preferred location within London, such as yoga studios, gyms, classrooms, or retreat venues. She can also travel further across the UK, though additional costs may apply. Online sessions are available too.
