Life's journey on this planet is undoubtedly intricate and full of challenges. We regularly encounter emotional curved balls, traumatic events, life-altering circumstances, and health challenges that can leave us feeling broken and burnt out.

Traditional paths to healing, like counselling and medications, undoubtedly have their merits. Breathwork is not just about the oxygen that fills our lungs; it's about the life force that surges within us, waiting to be awakened.   • Four face-to-face breathwork sessions included lasting up to 90 minutes, and free access to my online workshops.
  • Catch-up sessions to track progress. Structured programme development and continuous after support provided.
  • Access to hypnosis recordings and online mindfulness courses. Includes binaural beat sessions for promoting neuroplasticity of the nervous system.
  • Held in a beautiful venue in Bounds Green, North London N22. Address provide on booking.

Online 6 Sessions

  • Six online  breathwork sessions lasting up to 90 minutes, and free access to my online workshops.
  • Check in sessions to track progress. Structured programme development and continuous after support provided.

  • Held online via Zoom or another suitable platform.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before we begin our breathwork sessions, it's essential to ensure your safety and well-being. To achieve this, we will thoroughly explore your medical history, as certain conditions require special attention to make our sessions safe and effective.

I actively promote the use of breathwork to support your healing journey. It has been proven to be beneficial for individuals undergoing medical treatment for various illnesses, including cancer.

However, there are some important considerations: Substance Use: If you are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, we will not be able to proceed with the sessions. Maintaining a clear state of mind is crucial for the effectiveness of our work together.  

Pregnancy: If you are pregnant or actively trying to become pregnant, please let me know. We will need to make necessary adjustments to ensure your safety during the sessions. I have significant experience in working with women facing fertility-related issues and can provide specialised support.  

Medical Conditions:
If you have a history of high blood pressure, heart conditions, asthma, detached retina, epilepsy, or have received a prior diagnosis from a healthcare professional of bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, it's vital to inform me. These conditions require careful consideration during our sessions.

The type of breathwork I primarily use is Transformational Breath. This approach takes a more gentle and feminine approach to breathwork and does not encourage hyperventilation, which can be risky for individuals with the aforementioned medical conditions.  It's important to note that the field of breathwork is not regulated, so choosing a facilitator with a deep understanding of these conditions is crucial for your safety and well-being. I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for our work together, and your health is always our top priority.

If you're located in London or can easily reach me there, I highly recommend considering the 3-month package.

However, if you're simply curious about the transformative potential of breathwork, I encourage you to begin with our introductory workshop. It's an excellent starting point to explore the benefits of this practice.  

I also want to emphasise that I work with numerous international clients online, and these virtual sessions have proven to be exceptionally impactful. The convenience and effectiveness of online sessions should not be underestimated, as they offer a powerful way to experience the benefits of breathwork from anywhere in the world.

Our therapy sessions together are 100% confidential, unless I have any serious concerns for your immediate safety or that of others. I am bound by a very rigorous Code of Ethics.

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I always strive to treat people fairly. However, it's essential to respect the time that has been reserved for your session, whether online or in person.

If we are working over Zoom you can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.

If we are working face to face at any of my therapy rooms, then I have to follow their cancellation policy. Cancellations are possible 8 days before the appointment date. If you have an appointment for a Friday you need to notify me the week before on the Thursday by 4pm.

Any cancellations after this time will be subject to a £40 cancellation fee. Cancellations can be done via email or calling or texting 07769 111711.

The Introductory workshop is payable in advance. The 3 month package can be paid in 2 monthly instalments as well as the online package.
