The venue is a bit tricky to find.  Its in an annex to a house down a driveway - which isn’t properly numbered on the street. Look for Chiltern Court (93-95 Truro Rd); the driveway is to its left with a small ‘99 Truro’ sign on the neighbours brick fence. Walk to the end of the driveway and enter through the pedestrian door set that’s into the main gate.  Public Transport Bounds Green Tube Train: Bowes Park Car: Free parking on street evenings and weekends (although can get busy).

At the first session, you will have the opportunity to inform Sarah of any medical conditions or concerns you may have. Everyone can benefit from improving their breathing. If necessary, Sarah will make adjustments to accommodate your needs, such as providing extra pillows or other suitable measures to ensure your comfort and safety during the session. Should you have any concerns that arise please contact Sarah before the session.

During the session, you'll be comfortably lying down on mats with pillows and blankets, so we recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing with layers, avoiding anything too tight or restrictive around the waist. The venue is a beautiful space and the perfect setting for this work.
To enhance your experience, we suggest refraining from caffeine, alcohol, vaping or cigarettes before or after the session. Breathwork has a detoxing effect on the body.
